She is survived by: her son Dr. Larry Omar Rivers; her husband Larry Eugene Rivers; her son Linjé Eugene Rivers; and her sisters, Willie Mae Hubbard, Delores Hubbard Brooks, Bernice Hubbard Rembert and Regina Hubbard. She is also survived by nephews, as well as her many grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations please be made to the Larry E. and Betty H. Rivers Scholarship Endowment at The Fort Valley State University.
