He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurtis Kelly and Nola Chitty Kelly; and his brother Bob Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kay" Miller Kelly; his children, Billy Kelly (Trish Kelly) and Amy Kelly Dice (Vernon Dice); his grandchildren, Kyle Shank (Morgan Shank), Dillon Riley (Courtney Riley) and Cody Kelly (Victoria Kelly); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Everett, Sadie, Ryleigh and Dalton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Culley's Timberlane (700 Timberlane Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32312). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Roselawn Cemetery.
