She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon McDaniel and Ruth Watson McDaniel; her husband Richard D. Proctor; and her sister Meredith Doyle. She is survived by: her daughters, Blanche and Kenda Baxter (Tim); her brother Kenneth McDaniel (Diane); her great grandchild Delilah R. Baxter; and her daughters, Vicky Proctor Hulick and Cindy Proctor Sesnick.
