He is survived by: his children, Brittany M. Geiger (Stuart) of Hosford, Destany M. Middleton of Valdosta and Hunter B. Middleton of Dothan; his grandchildren, Mason, Madden, Hadleigh Geiger of Hosford, Austin Middleton, Gracie Williamson of Valdosta, Bricen, Emma Mae Worsley of Valdosta and Tinleigh Middleton of Newton, AL.; his siblings, Gary R. Middleton (Kathy) of Tallahassee, Joseph T. Middleton of Los Angeles, CA and Roberta L. Lewis of Valdosta; and his significant other Shelia M. Lewis of Lake Park.
