He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley "Betty" Elizabeth McCall Jeffrey; his wife Teresa Jeffrey; his sister Angie Torres; and his daughter Amber Hoover. He is survived by: his father Charles "Bo" Thomas Jeffrey; his children, Courtney Jeffrey and Juanita "Prissy" Gipson-Sullivan; his son-in-law Joe; his nephews, Chris Seefeldt and Alex Torres; and his grandchildren, Alyssah Tyler, Joanna Gregory (Donal), Tasha Gipson and Amanda Blackman (Denton). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
