She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Johnston and Virginia Duggar Johnston; her husband Jerry W. Watson; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Watson Wright, Sara Carol Watson, Thomas Watson (Buddy), Don Watson, Edward Watson, Joe Wright and John Ryan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia Lewis (Harold), Barbara Coleman (David) and Ralph Johnston; and her siblings-in-law, Billy Watson (Carolyn), Maurice Watson (Mary) and Sharon Watson Ryan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (9500 Woodville Hwy, Tallahassee, FL 32305).
