She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtiss Turnage and Susie Calhoun Turnage; and her brothers, Ernie and Tommy Turnage. She is survived by: her husband Richard Billingsley of Tallahassee; her sons, Jeffery and James Billingsley (Tina); her grandchildren, Tyler and Annabelle; her stepgrandchildren, Gabe Waters and Keenan Malfa; her siblings, Larry Turnage (Ann) of Dothan, AL and Florence T. Brown (Randy) of Whigham, GA; and her brother-in-law D. E. Billingsley (Andrea). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Billingsley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that you consider a memorial contribution to Big Bend Hospice.
