It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil O. Mullins (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Cecil Mullins I. and Mildred Mullins; his sister Sharon Mullins; and his brother-in-law Harry. He is survived by: his wife Dale; his sisters, Pat Harley (Larry) and Joan White; and his children, Michelle Smith (Jim), Jennifer Crisson (David) and Doyle Mullins (Ashley). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
