Williams; brothers: Roscoe Dickey (Valerie), Amos Dickey (Carrie), Franklin Dickey, Sr., Leroy Dickey (Maxine), and Joseph Smith (Vanessa); sisters: Rebecca Ardley, Pennie Hawkins, Cornelius Deboles (Donald), Mary Gilliam, Eliza Vaughn, and Sallie Smith; sisters-in-law: Ruby Dickey and Gwendolyn Dickey; siblings (preceded in death): Eddie Lee Dickey, Thelma Jerger, Gertrude Hardley, James Dickey, Willie Dickey, Ulyssses Dickey, Sr., Arthur Dickey, II, Sylvester Dickey, and William Smith; pastor: Teryl Todd; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St Mark Primitive Baptist Church (5820 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32303).
