He is survived by: his son Cliff Partlow Jr. (Angela Suckocki) of Tallahassee Florida; and his sisters, Norma Bushey of Derby, Cora Clement of St. Albans, Beverly Bertrand (Carlton) of Highgate Springs, Patricia St. Francis of Berkshire, Sandra Shedrick of St. Albans, Ellen Punken Magnant (Charlie) of Franklin and Maggie St. Francis of St. Albans.
