She was predeceased by: her father James Walter Johnson; her husband Ralph Foreman; her mother Jean Johnson; and her siblings, Karen Allen, Sheila Wilkerson and Robert Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Turnmire (Troy), Shelba Miles (Keith), Christy Ann Sheen (Daniel) and Siobahn Foreman; and her grandchildren, Lucas Gipson (Laura), Gracie Turnmire, Michael, Austin Praytor, Alyssa Henderson (William), Makayla, Emily Sheen, Shaina Foreman, Sharlottee and Jonah Paige. She is also survived by two sisters in law as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
