She was predeceased by: her parents, B. O. Noles and Seba Noles; her sisters, Udine Veal (Sissy) and Gwen Stewart; and her son Ronnie Waugh.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna W. Justice and Wanda W. Pierce (Wade); her daughter-in-law Carol B. Waugh; her sister Linda Phillips (Joel); her grandchildren, George Waugh (Katie), Brent Justice (Kara), John Waugh (Kristen), Christi Justice, Nikki J. Summers, Cory Pierce (Kristin) and Courtney Thacker (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Darcy Waugh, Elliott Justice, Taylor, Madison Waugh, Walker, Lucy Summers and Wren Thacker.
