He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Fletcher; his stepchildren, Quincy Pryor Barineau, Michael Adam Barineau and Amanda Marie Skeen; and his grandchildren, Savannah Paige Fletcher, Lindsey Ann Skeen, Eli Pryor Barineau, Kendall Marie Skeen, Olin Augustus Barineau, Carter Wayne Skeen and George Magnus Barineau.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home (1737 Riggins Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
