Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Schuessler of Tallahassee, Florida, who passed away at the age of 72, on December 8, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Schuessler and Robert Schuessler; his sister Diedre Schuessler; and his nephew Jonathan Krell. He is survived by: his children, Jason Schuessler and Jessica Schuessler of Tallahassee; his sisters, Donna Krell (Ron) of Tallahassee and Diane Ryer (James) of Lakeland; his siblings' children, Jennifer Krell Davis (Ryan) of Tallahassee and Nathan Ryer of Lakeland; and his great-nieces, Bailey Davis and Kiera Davis.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or other charities benefiting veterans.
