David Templeton Obituary
The memory of David Templeton (Tallahassee, Florida), born in San Diego, California, who passed away on September 14, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Moore Templeton and Elaine Margaret Templeton; his siblings, Samuel Templeton (Bud), William Templeton (Bill) and Nora Lou; and his daughter Donna Lynn Templeton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Templeton; and his children, Chelsea Moas (Anthony), David Templeton (Desiree), Diane Templeton (Michael) and Michael Coaker. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thomasville Road Baptist Church (3131 Thomasville Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to Thomasville Road Baptist Church, Alzheimer's Research, or Big Bend Hospice.
