With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald A. Dowd (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Dowd, Jr.; his brother Douglas Dowd; and also Frances Smith Dowd. He is survived by: his caregiver Nathan Basford of Dellwood Florida; his sister-in-law Donna Crawford Dowd; his niece Dawn Payne of Westminster; his great-nieces, Taylor and Sydney Payne; his nephew David Dowd (Kandy); and his friend Max.

Much love and thanks go out to the caregivers, Covenant Care Hospice, and Alzheimer's Project for the love and support received.
