He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Gartner; his parents, William Gartner Sr. and Sophia Gartner; and his brother William Gartner Jr. (Bill). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Gartner (Sandra Veronick), Eric Gartner (Francisco Irala) and Paul Gartner (Karen); his grandchildren, Nathan Gartner (Christie), Elena Gartner Lo (Nick Lo), Andrew Gartner (Laura), Adelee Gartner and Jonny Gartner; and his great grandchild Sue Martindale.
