He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Wilson Carraway, Jr.. He is survived by: his son F. Wilson Carraway, II (Will); his stepdaughters, Lauren T. Barlowe (Travis) and Catherine Tyler; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Lynlee, Ryan and Brooks; his mother Ann Hill Albritton; his stepmother Gayle Walker Carraway; his siblings, Leigh C. Neilson (Steve Speer), F. Wilson Carraway, III (Jill), Caroline C. Sutton (Yancey), Laura Albritton (Zickie Allgrove), Rachel A. Lunsford (Rob) and Kathi C. Taylor (Kevin); his stepsiblings, Terry Singer (Howard), Mike Shumann (Margie), Noel Shumann, David Shumann (Amy), Gregg Shumann and Marti Stirling (David); and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Dowden and Marcia Pearson (Jerry). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
