She is survived by: her son Donald V. Sapp (Edith) of Tallahassee, FL; her son-in-law Gene Whitaker (Sheri) of Lawtey, FL; her granddaughters, Lora Elam of Killen, AL and Donna Sue Maddox of Jacksonville, FL; and her great grandchildren, Jasmyn Belcher of Jacksonville, Denver, Dalton Elam of Killen, AL and Daniel Maddox of Jacksonville, FL..
