He was predeceased by: his parents, Apostolos George and Angela Kalfas Coumanis. He is survived by: his fiancé Roula Joanos; his sister Olibia Coumanis Drzewiecki; his brother-in-law Gary Drzewiecki; his sister Chrisie Coumanis Hughes; his brother-in-law Steve Hughes; his stepchildren, Lacy Guthrie (Josh) and William O'neal (Kirsten); his nephews, Anthony Drzewiecki (Edy) and Alexander Apostolos Drzewiecki (Meredith Hinshelwood); his niece Angela Drzewiecki Enis; his grandchildren, Hailey, William Oneal, Kylie and Braelyn Guthrie; his nephew Alexander Carl; his niece Gwendolyn Sophia Drzewiecki; Margarita Joanos.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bevis Funeral Home & Crematory (200 John Knox Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Mother of God Greek Orthodox Church (1645 Phillips Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308-5303).
