She is survived by: her husband Murray McLaughlin; her children, Robert "Robbie" Zimmerman, Pam Strickland, Bobbi Cawley and Kelli Lund; and her sister Jean Anderson. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
