He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Thomley and Lela Mae Cooper Thomley; his wife Virgie Thomley; and his siblings, Ken, Buford Thomley, Junita Taylor, Dorothy Thomley Sadler and Joyce Thomley.
He is survived by: his children, James 'K. C.' Thomley (Susan), Shelton Lynn Witcher, Jack O. Alday, Phillip A. Alday, Ronald D. Alday, Anita Alday, Amy (Lewis Pollock), Christine and Cynthia; and his sisters, Carolyn, Sharon, Linda, Brenda, Ellen, JoAnn, Shirley and Becky. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
