She is survived by: her children, Rose Mary and Howard Jr. Janice; her siblings, Joyce and Jimmy; her sister-in-law Gay Self; her children-in-law, Amy and Allen; and her brothers, Gene and Gary Self. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
