He is survived by: his children, Hunter Blackmon of Augusta, GA, Haley Blackmon of Atlanta, GA and Hannah Blackmon of Moultrie, GA; his brother Charles Willingham (Teresa) of Monticello, FL; his niece Julia Simpson; and his nephew Joe Willingham of Thomasville.
