He is survived by: his mother Amanda Sparks-Smith (Bubba); his grandmother Debra Sparks (Lewis); his great-grandparents, Ed and Patricia Sparks; his siblings, Erin Guthrie (Josh), Kyle Rogers and Austin Caplinger; his stepsiblings, Kelly Daniels (Justin), Kaylin Haas (Joshua) and Kevin Smith (Grace); and his nieces and nephews, Leland, Haley, Brayden and Ella.
