He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgie Ann Huddleston and James Edgar Kiser; his siblings, Jimmy Kiser, Sandy Littell and Fran Martin; and his friends, Fred Burns and John Freeman.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Ellen Kiser and Jerry "Lee" Kiser II; his siblings, Meryl Kiser (Vicki), Bobby Kiser (Ellie), Joe Kiser and Rose Creamer; his former wife Evelyn Lavonne Ellison (Babe) of Camp Creek, WV; and his granddaughters, Milla and Rinna.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
