He is survived by: his father Gregory Joseph Frye; his stepfather William "Mike" Kahl; his sisters, Christina Johnson and Melinda Stanwood; his children, Avery Frye, Kailyn Perry, Conner Frye, Kassidy Frye, Savannah Frye and Jessilyn Frye; his aunts and uncles, John Collins, Suzy Collins, Dana Frye and Bobby Frye; and his cousins, AJ, Hailey, Casey, Cody, Shari, Charlotte, Bradley and Benjamin. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
