He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Baggerly and Freeda Baggerly. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Lambert (Paul) and Jonathan Baggerly (Danielle); his grandchildren, Carter, Madie Rae, Hank Lambert, Randi and Rachel Baggerly; his siblings, Evelyn Hudson (Willam H.), Elizabeth Nagle and Kenneth Baggerly (Martie); and his niece Salata Hudson.

Contributions may be made in his honor to Woodrun Bapitst Church, 8203 US-27 S.
