It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Lokey of Tallahassee, Florida, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Chason and Alice Chason; her husband Carter Ray Lokey; and her sisters, Myrtice Quatlebaum and Virginia Cone.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Taylor and Jeff Barineau (Cathi); her grandchildren, Justin Barineau and Heather Del Vecchio; and her sister Bernice Owens of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
