He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sullivan; his children, Elizabeth (Michael) of Sammamish, WA, Jonathan of Orem, UT, Kathryn (Mark) of Lehi, UT, Kimberly of Tallahassee, FL and Cindy of Tallahassee, FL.; his grandchildren, Matthew (Annee) of Mesa, AZ, Madison of Sammamish, WA, Breanna (Brady) of Lehi, UT, Benjamin of Orem, UT, Luke of Eagle Mountain, UT, Taylor of Sammamish, WA and Koral of Lexington, NC; and his great grandchildren, Zayden and Ezran.
