He is survived by: his wife Terry Hoover; his sons, David (Charlotte) and Matthew (Lauren); his daughter-in-law Tami; his brother Emory Gilbert "Gil" Hoover (Anne); his grandchildren, Bradley, Kaitlin, Jack and Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Haylee, Kaiden and Olivia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Deer Lake Church or Big Bend Hospice.
