With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Ann Johnson of Tallahassee, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Ann Prohaska. She is survived by: her father Ronald Prohaska; her husband Charles; her son Ryan (Ashley); her stepsons, Steven (Jessica) and Adam (Cydney); her brothers, Ron Brown and Joey Prohaska; her grandchildren, Lexi, Avery, Ansley, Athena, Easton, Catalina, Levi and Geneva; and her close friend Joanne.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Ms. Johnson.
