He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Soto; his children, Stephanie Kemp (Kyle Kemp) and Michael Soto (Courtney Soto); and his granddaughters, Reagan Soto, Emma Soto, Charleigh Soto, Nora Kemp and Alice Kemp. He is also survived by wife of 42 years and his five granddaughters.
