It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Withrow Norman of Tallahassee, Florida, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Withrow and Winnie Withrow. She is survived by: her children, Gloria W. Kohlmann (Jim), Richard E. Norman III (Anne), David W. Norman (Nancy), Nancy K. Sharp (Lee) and Daniel T. Norman (Kate); her sisters, Frances, Mary and Betty Anne; and her husband Richard Norman. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
