He is survived by: his wife Faith Pearsall Blocker; his mother Alberta Adams Blocker Massey; his sisters, Phyllis Blocker and Harriet Blocker (Matthew); his daughter Devian Blocker; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Sandoval, Shiloh Sandoval and Louis Phillips. He is also survived by 2 aunts, 1 uncle, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
