He is survived by: his siblings, Clint and Vera Ann; his children, Monica, Tiffany, Tracy, Julie, Amy and Jonathan; and his wife Donna. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren as well as his nieces and nephews.
