It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Richard Baird Sr. of Tallahassee, Florida, born in Braselton, Georgia, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Baird and Vernelle Baird; and his sisters, Frances Allen and Ann McGarity. He is survived by: his wife Nan Cherry Baird; his children, Larry Baird, Jr. (Stephanie) of St. Louis and Cherry Baird Dickinson (Alex) of Laguna Beach; his grandchildren, Kristin Baird Emerick (Max), Lane Evan Baird (Maddy), Charlotte Morgan Baird, Nolan Richard Baird, Ingrid Ivey Dickinson and Jack Alexander Dickinson; and his great grandchildren, Claudia Cherise Emerick and Tallulah Lane Emerick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
