With sadness, we share the passing of LaVerne Craig Lambert of Tallahassee, Florida. LaVerne, born on July 21, 1935, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Craig and Odell Craig; her husbands, J. Vern Williams and Joseph Lambert; and her grandsons, Travis and Adam Krell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessie Godwin, Kate Garcia, Melissa Krell, Valerie Tucker (Donnie) and Amanda Lambert (Ricky); her grandchildren, Brandon Jones, Cameron Stephenson, Cathleen Garcia, Maria Chacon, Donald Tucker III, Nikki Sebold (Brian) and Trevor Evans; her great grandchildren, Melanie, Andy and Persephone; and her cousins, Diana Ledbetter (Tony), Bill Williams (Frances) and David Williams (Karen).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Episcopal Church (815 Piedmont Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32312).
