He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Janet Clark, Anne Schroeder (Hans) and Terry Caldwell (Cindy); his grandchildren, Lee Anne (Anthony), Sarah Beth (Rob), Robby (Nicole), Carson, Susannah (JT) and Lilah; and his great grandchildren, Amanda (Alex), Blaze, Cameryn, Kenneth, Dane and Evva Katherine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
