She is survived by: her children, Don Sweet (Sheron), Judy Weatherspoon (Winston), Vonda Murray (Rod), Lillian Arnold (Jeff) and Marla Mustafa (Malik); and her sister Lillie Nims. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Strong & Jones Funeral Home (629 W Brevard St, Tallahassee, FL 32304). Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1515 Old Bainbridge Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 5743 Ed White Ct, Tallahassee, FL 32311.
