She is survived by: her husband Newton C. Owen; her sons, Taft Waldon (Valerie), Adrian D. Waldon and Everett Fleming III (Ebonee); her sister Kathleen Otey; her sister-in-law Constance Dennis; and her grandson Elijah Waldon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maranatha Seventh-Day Adventist Church (3121 Jim Lee Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32301).
