She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Ellen Young; her stepfather Howard Young (Dale); her brother Jeffrey Young; her husband Walter Cullars; her sons, Victor and Eric Cullars; and her grandson William Masila.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph (Anna), Katelynn, Samantha (Cesar), Kelepi and Nisa; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Cassidy, Jason and Tyler; her brothers, Wayne and David (Pat); her sister-in-law Georgia (Peter); her nieces, Deena, Debbie and Kimberly; and her great-niece Nina (Josh). She is also survived by many friends, co-workers and brothers and sisters.
