He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Lee and Annie Dora Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Williams; and his siblings, Monroe Lee Kelly, Jr. (Glenda), Madeline Abbott and Annie Hazel Holland.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Beggs Funeral Home Apalachee Chapel (3322 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Beggs Funeral Homes (3322 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
