He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Allen; his parents, Burt Allen and Alline Allen; his brother Billy Allen (Etta); his children, Marvin Allen, Jr. and Angela Allen; and his granddaughter Jennifer Allen.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ken Harley (Melissa), Ron Harley (Jamie) and Vicki Tatilian (Desi); his sister Marie Antone (Butch); his sister-in-law Etta Allen (late Billy); his grandchildren, Luke Beyers, Brooke Tatilian, Desmond, Des, Shelby Harris (Hunter), Tyler Copeland, Clayton Harley, Ashley Copeland, Alyssa Harley, Tristan Harley, Aidan Tatilian and Thatcher "TJ" Harley; his great grandchildren, Sage, Gabryel and Zaxiery Beyers; and his sibling's children, Jeff Allen (Cheryl), Tracy Allen (Kasi), Burt Antone, Toni Wickersham (Nick) and Brittany Antone (Clara).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bevis Funeral Home (200 John Knox Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
