He is survived by: his wife Joan of Crawfordville; his children, Gary Stephens and Suzanne Magenheimer (Dan); and his siblings, Doyce McWaters (Audrey), Dwight McWaters, Rick McWaters (Sarah), Faye Waters (Jerry) and Martha Peeler. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 28 great- grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
