Michael Jaray Dobson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 13, 2026, Michael Jaray Dobson (Tallahassee, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerome Foster and Elease Simon; his children, Sameya Porter Roundtree (Larry), Mikaela Jaray Dobson and Noah Michael Craig Dobson (Jordan); his siblings, Rodney Dobson, Cheryl Maise, Pamela Suarez, Jerry Foster, Steve Foster, Gerald Simon, Cynthia Simon and Maggie Foster; and his close friend Cynthia Craig. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the jail and prison ministry at Saint Paul's United Methodist Church.
