He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Ben and Samantha (Dylan); his siblings, Janice (Mike), Nancy (Norm), Mark (Yvonne), John (Vicki), Sarah (Jeff), Max (Celia), Anne (Doug) and Peggy; his in-laws, Bruce and Judy; his sisters-in-law, Kristy and Kelli (Kevin); and his grandson Andrew. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
