He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank Weems and Jeanne Trawick Weems; his stepmother Gail Weems; his siblings, Jane Mickler, Robert Weems, Jr. and Thomas Wayne Weems; his stepsiblings, Wylene Blair and Orville Harrison; and his half-brothers, Jackey Lynn Weems and Johnny Ben Kendall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abbie Weems Tyson (Jeremy) and Amanda Grace Weems of Tallahassee, FL; his grandson Wyatt Finch; his brother Wiley Joe Weems (Tina) of Woodville, FL; his stepbrother Allen Harrison (Charlotte) of Andalusia, AL; his aunt Martha Weems Sanders; his cousin Benita Bailey; his nieces, Alden Smith, Amy Faith, Aneita Shaw, Megan Michaels, Kelsey Kyle and Brandi Chace; his nephew Sean Weems; and his caregiver Doris Clark of Tallahassee.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Haleburg Cemetery (10347 George H Grimsley Hwy, Columbia, AL 36319).
