He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Bellamy and Sarah Cornell Bellamy; the mother of his children Carol Zimmer Bellamy; and his siblings, Sarah Anderson and Richard Bellamy.
He is survived by: his wife Jann Johnson Bellamy; his children, David Bellamy (Mary) of Tallahassee and Diane Bellamy Perry of Tampa; his stepchildren, Rosemary Farrell (Kevin Malfa) and Andrew Hart (Maria) of Tallahassee; his grandchildren, Hayden, Rowan Perry, Brantley, Olivia Bellamy, JP, Bella Evans, Henry and Peter Hart; and his siblings, Penny Bellamy (Mark Simon) of Stony Creek, CT and Alan Bellamy (Cora) of Pittsburg, CA..
