He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Eagen and Nick Eagen; his siblings, Scott Eagen (Michelle), Karen Kreis (Benjamin) and Sharon Jakubek (Ron); his parents, Michael Eagen and Phyllis Eagen; and his nieces and nephews, Logan Eagen (Kaitlyn), Amber Eagen, Robert Jakubek and Thomas Jakubek.
